About Aruna Law Firm
Immigration law, practiced like the stakes are real.
Because they are. Behind every file we handle is a person whose home, career, and family plans depend on a status staying valid. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, in counsel and in code.
Why We Exist
Too many crises we saw were preventable.
A lapsed I-20 nobody was watching. An H-1B amendment that should have been filed when a worksite changed. An approval notice lost in an inbox. In our practice, we kept meeting the same problem: not bad law, but bad recordkeeping. Deadlines and documents scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, and memory.
So we built the tools we wished our clients had. Vigil gives employers a real system of record for their immigrant workforce, audited by our attorneys on a schedule. Visently gives students and H-1B professionals a place where their own documents and dates are watched continuously.
The firm came first. The software exists to serve it. Every alert, every audit, and every answer traces back to attorneys who are accountable for the outcome.
How We Work
Three principles we don't bend.
Who We Serve
Both sides of the sponsorship relationship.
HR, People Ops, and in-house legal
Companies that sponsor visas and want their compliance record organized, audited, and defensible. From first candidate questionnaire to green card, Vigil and our attorneys keep the record straight.
International students and H-1B professionals
People building lives here on F-1, OPT, and H-1B status. Visently keeps their documents and dates safe, and our attorneys are there when a situation needs judgment, not just tracking.
